They work alongside the camera department and other crew members to ensure that every shot is cataloged and organized efficiently. They are good at labeling and tracking footage, managing media files, creating shot lists and logs, and ensuring that all data and metadata are properly documented.

Our set survey experts support the production crew by accurately measuring and documenting the physical dimensions of the film set, ensuring that everything is in the right place and meets the director’s vision. They work closely with the production designer and cinematographer, helping them understand the space available and providing valuable input on how to maximize it. Additionally, they assist in setting up equipment, organizing props, and making sure that the set is safe and effective for filming.
